Hi, guys. You might ask, why am I publishing a smoothie recipe on G.P.S.? Simple. First, I literally make this smoothie at least 6 days a week. It's how I start my day, and it's friggin' DELICIOUS. Second, recipes are the #1 searched resource on Google. Crazy to think of, but that equals billions of searches a day for a recipe. So.... if you can create a recipe on your website for anything, why not? Think outside the box. How about a recipe for success? Or a recipe for great hair? Or a recipe for planning a great vacation. You get the idea. And, to make it even easier, I wanted to share this great FREE recipe plugin. It's called Cooked. There's a pro version, but you can download the free one to get started... I think it does the trick.

So, get to it and create a recipe that makes sense... or doesn't. After all, here I am talking about organic blueberries :) Go figure.

Ingredients
 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
 1 cup organic baby spinach, washed
 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
 1 whole banana
 1 scoop protein powder
 1 tbsp organic cocoa nibs
 1 tbsp cocoa powder
 1 pinch cayenne
 1 dash cinnamon
 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions

In a blender, add almond milk, spinach, blueberries and banana.

Add dry ingredients: protein powder, cayenne, cinnamon, cocoa powder and cocoa nibs.

Add 1 cup of crushed ice to blender.

Blend until all ingredients are mixed in consistently. Pour and enjoy thoroughly!
